On September, the DDA has passed the land pooling policy that provides the city with more than fifteen lakhs affordable housing for over seventy lakh people. The DDA operates the new land pooling policy through the online. The policy is published by the Delhi development authority. They authority use the new window for reducing the time. The governor has approved over ninety villages as the development areas under the policy. It allows the Delhi to come up as a smart city and a new economic zone. Sixty percent of the lands are pooled over the new policy for the development.
The real estate company gains fifty percent of the pooled land. They use Three percent of land for the public facilities and seven percent of the land used for the commercial places. The DDA use the remaining land for other purposes. With the help of the pool land, the DDA enhance the public facilities.
Now the DDA plans go to the digital with the new policy after the policy is approved. Very soon they create the single window clearance for planning to utilize their land under the new policy.
