The southeast area is bounded by the proposed 100 m wide road boundary of zone M( Rohini phase 4, 5).
The most significant area of this zone is Bawana Industrial Area which is the urban area approved as of Narela sub zonal development plan.

Reserved forest area of 72 Ha also exist here.
